Inzertní noviny Service Description
The Inzertní noviny service consists of publishing advertisements within operated advertising groups and platforms, to the extent and under the conditions specified at the time of ordering the service.
Scope of Complaints
A complaint may be submitted exclusively regarding the proper provision of the service, in particular in cases where:
- the advertisement was not published within the ordered scope
- the advertisement was not published for the agreed duration
- a technical error occurred on the side of the service provider
Complaints do not apply to the content of the advertisement, its effectiveness, user response, or any commercial relationship between the advertiser and third parties.
Responsibility for Advertisement Content
The advertiser is solely responsible for the content of the advertisement. The service provider does not verify and is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of the advertisement content, nor for any damages arising from responses or actions of third parties.
Submission of Complaints
A complaint must be submitted without undue delay, no later than 7 days from the date on which the service should have been provided.
Complaints may be submitted electronically to the email address info@triuone.com and must include:
- identification of the order or advertisement
- a description of the issue being complained about
- contact details of the advertiser
Complaint Resolution
Complaints will be resolved without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of submission.
In the case of a justified complaint, the service provider reserves the right to choose the method of remedy, including in particular:
- additional publication of the advertisement
- extension of the publication period
- a reasonable discount on the service price
A full refund of the service price applies only if the service was not provided at all.
Final Provisions
This complaints procedure applies to services provided by TRIU ONE, s.r.o. within the Inzertní noviny project.
