Premium Advertising
Designed for real estate agencies, dealers, travel companies, healthcare providers, lawyers and similar businesses. This includes networks, franchise models and MLM projects.
Important Notice
If you have been asked in a group to pay for Standard or Premium advertising, you must pay exactly for that specific advertising type.
Payment for a different advertising option will result in the removal of the advertisement and your removal from all of our groups.

Rules
1. Acceptance of rules
Any Facebook user who applies for membership in, or is already a member of, our groups automatically agrees to these terms and rules in the following cases:

when requesting to join a group and being approved by moderators or administrators,

when submitting an advertisement by posting it in a Facebook group,

when the advertisement is approved and published by moderators or administrators.
The operator TRIU ONE, s.r.o., as well as group administrators and moderators, bear no responsibility for the content of texts or visual materials published by advertisers.
2. Standard business advertising
This type of advertising is subject to a fee of CZK 99 per week in our groups.
During the approved advertising period, you may repost the advertisement once per day.

If you are requested to pay the standard business advertising fee three times and fail to do so, you will be removed from all of our groups.
3. Business TOP advertising
TOP advertising is a premium form of business advertising displayed as the main cover image of the group, providing the highest possible visibility.
During the approved TOP advertising period, you may also repost the advertisement once per day.

4. Premium business advertising

Without payment, the premium advertisement will not be published.
If you are requested to pay the business advertising fee three times and fail to do so, you will be removed from all of our groups.
5. Promotional communications
In order to keep group access free, we may occasionally send you informational messages as well as promotional offers via Messenger or email.
These offers will relate to selected products and services provided exclusively by TRIU ONE, s.r.o., the administrator of this and other groups, and will be available only to members of Inzertní Noviny groups.

6. Profile photo requirement
Group membership is allowed only for profiles with a profile photo of any kind. Empty profiles are not permitted.
Existing members are requested to update their profile photo. Until this requirement is met, you will not be allowed to post new content or advertisements.
7. Prohibited content
The following content is strictly prohibited in this group:
Videos, spam, political content, petitions, weapons, medications, any form of religious promotion, erotic content, and pornography.
Violations may result in removal from the group.
Videos are approved only as part of paid business advertising.
8. Self promotion and external links
Self promotion and irrelevant links, including links to your own websites, are strictly prohibited.
Sharing other groups, pages, or articles is not allowed and may result in blocking across all of our groups.
9. Post content requirements
Each post must include sufficient descriptive information to facilitate communication with other group members.
Posts without a description may be automatically removed by Facebook assistants or moderators. Posts without text in the headline will not be approved.
This rule is intended to prevent misunderstandings and ensure clarity for all members.
10. Content review
We reserve the right to review all posts prior to publication.
If you disable this option or apply conditions such as "posts are not visible until approved," immediate blocking across all of our groups will occur.

FAQ
How to submit an ad for approval
To have your ad approved, please follow these basic rules:
• choose the correct regional group
• the ad must relate to a specific offer or request, not just promotion of a website or page
• the ad must include a clear and truthful text description
• text shown only in an image or video is not sufficient
• attached photos must accurately represent the actual offer
• when selling items, stating the price is strongly recommended
• the same ad may be posted no more than once per day
• the user profile must not be anonymous or clearly fake
Ads that do not meet these rules may be rejected.
Which type of advertising is free
Free advertising is intended for non business ads only.
This applies to private individuals who are not engaged in business activities and whose activity is neither regular nor profit driven.
A typical example is the sale of unused household items.
Free advertising does not apply to the following categories:
• real estate listings
• job offers
• motor vehicle sales by dealers
• travel agency advertising
We reserve the right to determine whether a specific ad qualifies as non business advertising.
Which type of advertising is paid
Paid advertising applies to business ads.
This includes all offers related to business activities or regular profit driven operations. Advertising fees are governed by our current pricing.
What is considered a business activity
A business activity is defined as an activity carried out independently, on one's own account and responsibility, on a continuous basis, with the intent to generate profit.
A one time sale of personal items is not considered a business activity.
Repeated or long term selling with the intention of earning profit is considered a business activity.
We reserve the right to determine whether a specific advertisement qualifies as business advertising.
Why real estate agencies, brokers, car dealers, auto dealerships, and similar businesses are not approved under the standard fee
Advertising by real estate agencies and brokers, car sellers, auto dealerships, travel agencies, and other industries with a similar commission based or high profit nature is subject to different pricing conditions.
These industries typically operate with high commissions and significantly higher profit margins than standard private or small business advertising.
At the same time, this type of advertising tends to dominate standard listings and gradually displace them. This reduces the overall quality of the group environment and limits the visibility of regular ads posted by other users.
For this reason, a separate advertising regime applies to these segments.
Dedicated conditions may also apply to other industries of a similar nature and commission level, even if they are not explicitly listed above.
We reserve the right to determine which type of advertising qualifies as standard and which qualifies as premium.
What advertising is prohibited
The following types of advertising are prohibited in particular:
• drugs and controlled substances
• sale of weapons and weapon accessories
• sale of alcohol to persons under 18 and promotion of excessive alcohol consumption
• tobacco products and electronic cigarettes
• medicines, pharmaceuticals, and unapproved or pseudo medical products
• erotic content and pornography
• dating services with erotic content
• sale of animals
• fraud, pyramid schemes, and investment scams
• fast loan offers and other questionable financial services
• work from home offers without clear and transparent conditions
• political propaganda and election related campaigning
• petitions and campaigns aimed at influencing public opinion
• religious promotion or agitation
• sharing other groups, pages, and external articles
• irrelevant links and self promotion
• spam and repeatedly posted content
• videos, which are approved only as part of paid business advertising
Nonprofit organizations
Advertising by nonprofit organizations is permitted only on a limited basis.
Posts focused on fundraising, donations, or financial contributions from the public are not approved. This is intended to protect group members from potential misuse.
Nonprofit organizations may publish informational posts only, such as updates about their activities or public events, without requesting money.
Posts related to public fundraising platforms such as Donio, Znesnáze21, or similar campaigns are not approved. The group is not intended for collecting financial donations or fundraising activities.
We reserve the right to assess and decide whether a specific advertisement is permitted and which category it falls under.
Why advertising in our groups is paid
We manage multiple groups with tens of thousands of active members.
Post review, approval, and categorization take place every day and require a significant amount of time. For this reason, business advertising is subject to a fee.
At the same time, we regularly encounter repeated rule violations, excessive reposting of the same ads, spam, and inappropriate content. Charging for business advertising helps reduce these issues and keeps the groups organized, relevant, and usable for all members.
The fee for standard business advertising is CZK 99 per week.
During the approved advertising period, the ad may be reposted once per day.
We also offer additional enhanced advertising options, such as TOP and Premium advertising.
Can Facebook group administrators sell advertising
Yes. Group monetization is permitted.
Administrators may offer paid advertising or promoted posts, provided the content complies with Meta platform rules and applicable laws. Meta does not prohibit this practice.
